We've been doing this for a while and have a compiled a list of the most common questions asked about our Pops.
I want to place an order. How much advance notice do you need?
A full cake is baked for every flavor requested, so the more flavors you want, the more time we need. Typically, a week's notice is required for every 3 flavors requested, but we ALWAYS have Pops on hand, so give us a call and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
What is your order cancellation policy?
All orders require an advance non-refundable deposit of 50%. If the order is paid in full, the balance will be refunded only if notification is provided to us in writing 1 week prior to the due date. Customized orders are non-refundable, so please order with care...we want you to be happy.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, Credit, Debit, PayPal, and Cash App...no bit coins, please!
Do you offer discounts?
BULK ORDER DISCOUNTS
50 Pops = 10%
100 Pops = 15%
200+ Pops = 20%
What are your processing fees?
Current fees effective October 1, 2019.

Do you offer shipping?
Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping at this time, but we DO deliver!
Do they need to be refrigerated?
All of our Pops are dipped in candy which can melt on hot days (just like us...whew!). To keep these delicious morsels at their best, we suggest keeping them either at room temperature or in the refrigerator. They can be stored refrigerated for 1 week and in the freezer for 30 days if properly stored.
